Chilled bergamot and grapefruit open it up sparkling and citrus-forward, with a fizzy champagne accord and a touch of cardamom spice. Rosemary and oolong tea move it into a herbal, slightly tea-like heart, before vetiver, leatherwood, labdanum and amber settle it onto a warm, ambery woody base.

Released in 2016, dedicated to the late designer,  this is an underrated one — sharp and spicy up top, smooth and grounded by the finish. Good value for what it delivers.

Great for office wear or smart-casual daytime — the citrus keeps it fresh, the woody base gives it enough weight for meetings or dinner.
